From the moment we started our work in 2013, we understood that by working closely with organizations and residents of marginalized communities to understand challenges much more efficiently, the greater the impact of our work.

Capacity Building
Intensive Case Management & Coach Services
Connections for Higher Learning works with community-based, institutions of higher education, and other organizations to provide intensive case management services to trainees and participants. We act as an extended resource to support case managers by building their capacity to get work done. With over 20 years of experience serving individuals from marginalized communities, and a proven track record of hitting required metrics and outcomes.
Economic Development Employment and Training
Making Change Possible
We delivery workforce training programs across multiple sectors that lead to industry-recognized credentials, and access to good jobs with family-sustaining wages. Additionally, we provided follow-up support to our program graduates to ensure that retention, and access to advanced career pathways to maximize their earning potential.

We provide a suite of services and wraparound supports to stabilize families, increase community awareness, and building knowledge capacity. The Justice Junction Initiative provides community education and awareness in violence prevention and mitigation strategies.
